As a family-owned business, nothing is more important to us than the safety and protection of our clients and employees. As we navigate the COVID-19 public health crisis, we want to assure you that Ed’s Garage Doors is adhering to every precaution recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of infection. If you need service, we continue to be available Monday through Friday with the following protective measures in place:

•    Each of our trucks is sanitized prior to visiting your home
•    Providing regular prevention best practices such as hand washing and company-wide social distancing (including in the office, on the road and at your home)
•    Only one technician per truck
•    Employees are limited to 3-day work weeks to minimize interactions and monitor health
•    Your garage can be serviced without any physical contact between you and our technician
•    Every service truck is supplied with hand sanitizer
•    All employees have been advised to stay home if they have recently traveled outside the country, experience any symptoms, or suspect they’ve been exposed to anyone who is possibly infected
